AFC Wimbledon have agreed a loan deal to bring their former striker Kaid Mohamed back to the club.

The 29-year-old is returning to Kingsmeadow from Port Vale until January 4 and could be involved against Portsmouth on Saturday.

Mohamed played a key role in Wimbledon's promotion to the Football League, scoring four goals in the two-legged play-off semi-final against Fleetwood.

He left the Dons to join Cheltenham in the summer of 2011 and signed for Port Vale earlier this year.
