The nominations for the Sky Bet League 2 Manager of the Month award for November have been announced.
They are as follows:-
James Beattie (Accrington Stanley)
Beattie's team managed three wins and a draw from five November games as they moved out of the relegation places, justifying the former striker's faith in the system and the players he is using in his first managerial role.
Phil Brown (Southend United)
Phil Brown guided his Southend side to a haul of 13 points from a possible 15 as they moved into the automatic promotion places behind a flurry of goals and attacking prowess.
Gary Rowett (Burton Albion)
Rowett refused to panic over consecutive defeats and re-established his side's promotion charge with a trio of hard-fought wins - featuring a clean sheet on each occasion - against Bristol Rovers, Mansfield Town and Plymouth Argyle.
John Ward (Bristol Rovers)
The experienced Ward coped admirably with a horrendous injury list throughout November. He inspired his side to eight points in a month which featured a fine 1-0 win at leaders Oxford United and defensive stability which saw just two goals conceded in five games.
The winners will be announced on Friday live on Sky Sports News.
