Carling have been sponsors of the Carling Cup and Official Partner of The Football League since the beginning of the 2003-2004 season and are set to continue their involvement through until the end of the 2012 season.
The partnership between The Football League and Carling's parent company, The Molson Coors Brewing Company (UK) Ltd, is the longest running competition sponsorship in domestic football; having sponsored the Carling Cup competition for nine seasons and the Worthington Cup for a further five.
The Carling Cup has continued to go from strength to strength over the past few years; consistently giving football fans some truly memorable moments. Carling's involvement has supported fan interaction with the competition through initiatives such as "The Fan's Final" - with all of Carling's contractual tickets being made available to fans at the 2006 and 2007 finals and the introduction of fan perimeter designed boards at the 2009 Final.
Carling's current sponsorship agreement with The Football League runs until the end of Season 2011/12.
