Doncaster Rovers are going crazy this Halloween with a bumper scary special not to be missed when Blackpool visit the Keepmoat Stadium on Saturday.

The club is making the day fancy dress by encouraging fans of all ages to swap their strips for a vampire fans and devils horns with the best dressed getting the chance to win some fantastic prizes.

In keeping with the spirit of the spookiest day of the year, young Donny fans can enjoy a bumper day of fun activities including a ghoulish ghost train, bouncy castle and other spooky rides.

"Saturday's game should be a fantastic event and not just for the football," said the club's Marketing Manager, Shaun Lockwood.

"We've got a massive fancy dress competition taking place throughout the stadium, funfair rides, bouncy castles and other events taking place.

"We've a junior football tournament taking place in the morning and our local Domino's will be giving out 8,000 discount vouchers to fans inside the stadium.

"We want as many fans as possible to come down to Keepmoat Stadium and join in the Halloween fun, our last home match against Peterborough was a great game and Rovers came away with three valuable points, hopefully we can do the same against Blackpool on Saturday."

And if you're still not terrified by all of that on offer, then go along to the Success Doncaster stand restaurant which will have been transformed by the commercial team into a haunted chamber.

The club are running a special itinerary for those booking hospitality including a Halloween themed three course meal. Fancy dress is encouraged within the hospitality lounge for this family day out with prizes awarded by the Man of the Match for the best costume.
