Wycombe Wanderers have become the latest Football League club to promote the Enjoy the Match campaign by dedicating their recent game against Brighton & Hove Albion to supporting the initiative.

Designed to promote a family friendly atmosphere in family sections at all 72 League clubs, the Enjoy the Match campaign strives to increase the number of families that come through the turnstiles.

And on December 28, the Chairboys welcomed young children and their families to the Nexus Community Stand at Adams Park where there is a focus on removing abusive language and aggressive behaviour through increased stewarding and special announcements.

"Wycombe Wanderers prides itself on being a community club, so it's very important that we provide for the next generation of fans," said Wycombe Manager Gary Waddock who pledged his support prior to kick-off.

"Catering for young children and families is vital and we are in full support of the Enjoy the Match campaign."

Rock band Kasabian, Gary Lineker and Alan Shearer have all backed the campaign by recording a special Enjoy the Match video encouraging fans to watch their language in family areas. See the clips at www.youtube.com/user/EnjoyTheMatch

Plus over 10,000 fans have demonstrated their support already this season by signing up to the Enjoy the Match online pledge which you can do by logging on to www.enjoythematch.co.uk
