Sheffield United are giving members of Junior Blades the chance to design their very own mascot to accompany the club's mascot Captain Blade on his travels.

The club are asking all Junior Blades to draw a picture of what they would like the new mascot to be like or simply send in a description of how they would like him, her or it to look along with a name for your mascot, then the club will do the rest.

The winning mascot design will be brought to life in the New Year and the winning Junior Blade designer will have the chance to meet their creation in person on the pitch at a Blades Home Fixture, as well as a whole host of exclusive prizes that will be awarded on the day.

Remember, your design can be as silly, colourful, bold and bright as you like, and it doesn't have to be a human, it can be anything you imagine.
