Sheffield Wednesday are continuing their commitment to attracting fans of the future and get more young fans and families through the gates at Hillsborough by offering home supporters the opportunity to bring their children to the match against Peterborough United on Saturday, January 23, for just £1!
The game against the Posh will be new manager Alan Irvine's first match in charge of the Owls at Hillsborough, and to help generate a vociferous reception for him and the team it has been designated 'kids for a quid'.
The club said it understands the financial pressures around the recent Christmas period and so wanted to take the opportunity to encourage as many fans as possible to go and enjoy the matchday experience at Hillsborough.
For anyone wanting to take up the offer the Kids for a quid tickets are available in the Owls Megastore and online until 12pm on the day of the game, after which normal matchday pricing will apply. The club advises supporters to leave plenty of time for buying tickets on the day of the game.
Supporters are reminded that tickets for this and all Owls home games are available now at www.swfc.co.uk/tickets.
