APPLICATION PROCESS:

All applications must be made by e-mail to accreditations@football-dataco.com on the accompanying accreditation form.

One accreditation form should be submitted for each representative seeking to attend. Multiple applications on the same form will not be accepted.

Telephone or faxed requests will not be accepted.

All applications must be received by 5.00pm on Wednesday, March 19.

All received applications will be acknowledged by e-mail, with a further e-mail being sent to confirm the success or otherwise of the application being in due course.

LICENSING:

Only journalists and photographers representing organisations licensed by The Football League can be admitted. All applications must quote the appropriate licence number and identity card number (see below).

Passes will be issued to WORKING JOURNALISTS AND PHOTOGRAPHERS ONLY. No under-16's can be admitted to working areas.

ID CARDS

All accredited broadcasters, journalists and photographers are required to bring proof of identity to the match.

Only the following forms of identification will be accepted:

- Football League/Premier League Identity Card
- UK Press Card
- Sky Sports Identity Card
- AIPS Card

TELEPHONE/ISDN LINES

All press & photographers will be given broadband internet access at their desks/ pitch side and in their work rooms.
