Leicester City won the 2009/10 Totesport.com League Cup, with a 2-1 win over Oldham Athletic last night.

The game at Quorn FC was held over from last season and it took just 18 minutes for the deadlock to be broken. Ashley Chambers scoring the first of his two goals.

The Latics equalised on 63 minutes when Chris Taylor headed home a left wing corner but the parity didn't last too long. Just five minutes later Chambers was on target again when he fired home after good work from Craig King and Jorrin John.
