How to enable JavaScript in your browser:

• Go to the 'Tools' menu and select 'Internet Options...'.
• In 'Internet Options', select the tab labelled 'Security' and click on the button 'Custom Level' to open the Security Settings window.
• In Security Settings scroll down to the item 'Scripting', and under 'Active Scripting' select the 'Enable Option'.
Click on the 'Okay' buttons to save and exit the Security Settings and Internet Options windows. JavaScript is now enabled.
• Refresh the survey page.

 Mozilla Firefox 1.5:

• Go to the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...' to open the Options window.
• Click on the 'Content' icon at the top of the window and tick the 'Enable JavaScript' check box.
• Click on the 'Okay' button to save and exit your change. JavaScript is now enabled.
• Refresh the survey page.

 Netscape 7.0:

• In the 'Edit' menu selected 'Preferences'
• Select the category 'Advanced' and click on sub-catergory 'Scripts & Plugins'
• Tick the check box labelled 'Navigator'. Click on the 'Okay' button to save and exit the Preferences window. JavaScript is now enabled.
• Refresh the survey page.
